24-Hour Emergency Assistance
Our 24-Hour Emergency Assistance service ensures that individuals and their families have access to immediate support at any time of day or night. When a crisis arises, our trained on-call staff respond promptly to stabilize the situation and coordinate the resources needed to keep individuals safe.
Who This Service Is For
Individuals currently enrolled in Shibli services and their families who require immediate assistance outside of regular office hours.

Individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions who are unable to perform routine household tasks due to their disability and who live in their own home or family home.

Adults with intellectual or physical disabilities living independently in apartments or their own homes who need structured support to maintain stability and meet their personal goals.

IHS with Training
IHS with Training provides in-home support combined with an individualized skills training curriculum for the person receiving services. Individuals with disabilities who are working toward greater independence and have identified skills training goals in their Individualized Support Plan (ISP).
